Terms and conditions
These terms apply to your use of vroombuddy.com.au and any purchase from Vroom Buddy (ABN 90 503 900 144), referred to as “we” or “us”. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Products and descriptions
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Check that an accessory suits your vehicle and device before ordering, because compatibility is your responsibility unless we state otherwise.
2. Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We can change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If we find a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, an address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers, using the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality, match their description, and are fit for the purpose we say they are.
7. Safe use of products
Use chargers, cables and mounts as directed, with compatible devices. Do not use damaged chargers or cables. Do not mount anything where it blocks your view of the road or interferes with airbags. Follow the road rules in your state or territory, including those on phone use while driving.
8. Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, logos and images, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products. Where we are liable for a breach of a consumer guarantee that is not a major failure, our liability is limited, at our choice, to replacing or repairing the goods, or paying the cost of replacing or repairing them.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.
11. Website use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. We do not promise the site will always be available or error free.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
