Shipping policy
We ship Australia-wide from Perth, Western Australia. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will get an email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times
- Metro areas, express: 1 to 3 business days
- Metro areas, standard: 5 to 6 business days
- Regional and remote areas: can take extra time
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can happen because of weather, couriers, or public holidays. The shipping options and exact cost are shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We currently deliver within Australia only. Please use a street address, because some couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Tracking and lost parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, email vroombuddy@outlook.com with your order number and we will chase the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund you.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your address at checkout. We cannot change it once the parcel has shipped. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, you will need to pay to have it sent again.
Split shipments
Some items may be sent from different locations, so your order may arrive in more than one parcel. You are not charged extra shipping for this.
